Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

One of the largest in-water boat shows in the world, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) takes over the city's waterways and marinas every fall. If you're into boats, yachts, or just the spectacle of it all, this is worth planning a trip around.

When

Held annually in late October to early November, typically over five days. Dates shift slightly each year, so check the official FLIBS website for the current year's schedule.

Where

Spread across multiple marina venues throughout Fort Lauderdale, including the Broward County Convention Center, Las Olas Marina, and Bahia Mar. Our properties are a short drive from all the main show sites.

What to Expect

Hundreds of boats on display across the marinas, from small fishing vessels to superyachts. There are also exhibitors selling marine electronics, gear, and accessories, plus food and drink throughout the grounds. Tickets are required for entry.

Tips for Guests

Buy tickets in advance online to skip the gate lines. Traffic around the show venues gets heavy, especially on weekends, so plan extra time or use the water taxi between venues. The show draws big crowds, so book your stay as early as possible if your trip overlaps with FLIBS week.
