Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix
The Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix runs every spring at the Miami International Autodrome, built around Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. It's about 45 minutes from our properties in Plantation and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, making us one of the closest vacation rental options to the circuit.
When Is It?
Race weekend runs late April into early May each year. Race weekend runs April 30–May 2 each year. Three days of qualifying, sprint sessions, and the main race, plus concerts and activations across the campus all weekend.
What to Expect
The Miami GP is as much a festival as a race. World-class music acts perform at the Hard Rock Beach Club each evening, and the campus fills with art installations, restaurants, and brand activations. Past performers have included Kane Brown, Marshmello, and Zedd. On the track, Turn 18's straight is one of the fastest in Formula 1, with serious overtaking action.
Tickets
Grandstand seats start around $685 for the weekend. Hospitality packages, Paddock Club access, and private suites are available at higher price points. Tickets sell fast, especially for race day. Check the official site at f1miamigp.com for current availability and pricing.
Getting There from Our Properties
Hard Rock Stadium is about 45 minutes south via I-95 or the Turnpike. Rideshare is the easiest option on race days as parking fills early. Plan to arrive well before your session starts.
Tips for Race Weekend
- Book your rental as early as possible. Accommodation within an hour of the circuit books out months in advance.

- The campus opens hours before the first session. Arriving early means shorter lines and more time to explore.
- Bring sunscreen. The grandstands are partially shaded but South Florida in May is hot.
